Upcoming Weekly Adjustment on Index Dividend Notice

Server Upgrade Notice

Dear Valued Client,

PU Prime will be upgrading its MT4/MT5 servers starting from 10 March 2024 07:00 hrs. (GMT+2) until 10 March 2024 15:00 hrs. (GMT+3).

Access to MT4/MT5 accounts will not be available during the server upgrading period. All orders would not be executed during the server upgrading period.

Gentle Reminder:

Deposit, withdrawal, data searching functions and account opening applications would still be available. We recommend clients make proper arrangements in advance.

Once the upgrade has been completed on 10 March 2024 16:00 hrs. (GMT+2), the server time will transit from GMT+2 to GMT+3, commencing at 15:00 hrs. (GMT+3). Access to MT4/MT5 servers will be restored.

CFD Rollover Notice for March

Dear Valued Client,

Please be advised that the following CFD instruments will be automatically rolled over as per the dates in the table below. As there can be a pricing difference between old and new futures contracts, we recommend clients to monitor their positions closely and manage positions accordingly.

Expiration dates:

Please note:

  • The rollover will be automatic, and any existing open positions will remain open.
  • Positions that are open on the expiration date will be adjusted via a rollover charge or credit to reflect the price difference between the expiring and new contracts.
  • To avoid CFD rollovers, clients can choose to close any open CFD positions prior to the expiration date.
  • Clients should ensure that take profits and stop losses are adjusted before this rollover occurs.
